TORONTO, June 4, 2020 – Liberty Mutual Canada launches Liberty Mutual SafetyNet, an online risk management platform offering clients access to specialist expertise and industry information for managing potential safety exposures across a company’s risk platform for in-country and cross-border operations.
SafetyNet provides insight regarding self-assessment safety tools, safety training practices and research and studies for improved workplace safety and allows clients to access:
- Thousands of download-and-deploy risk control materials, references and solution guides to develop programs applicable to any commercial sector, including disaster preparedness, business continuity, pandemic and crisis management.
- Safety training programs, both live and recorded instructor-led webinars for specific areas of potential loss and risk-reduction.
- The Risk Control Consulting Center, offering clients the ability to contact Risk Control Consultants or safety specialists to review and develop safety risk practices and strategies for implementing loss-mitigation.
“SafetyNet offers policyholders streamlined access to experienced teams, technical resources and compliance guides to help clients promote safety practices throughout their organizations, helping to prevent costly incidents and enhancing worker performance,” said Ben Hunter, Vice President, Head of Marine, Energy, Construction & Risk Services. “It has never been more important to provide on demand, remote access to these resources.”
Liberty Mutual SafetyNet and the Liberty Mutual Risk Control Consulting Center are two of the many virtual services made available by Liberty Mutual to help clients manage safety risks remotely.
