President of Liberty Mutual Canada Rob Marsh has been honoured as a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2021

Liberty Mutual Canada is pleased to congratulate Rob Marsh, President, Liberty Mutual Canada, who has been honoured as a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40® for 2021.

Founded in 1995 by executive search firm Caldwell, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40® is an annual leadership award that recognizes exceptional achievement by 40 outstanding Canadians who are under the age of 40. Top 40 alumni now include hundreds of nationally and internationally prominent CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs in the private, public, and social economy sectors.

Marsh and his peers were selected from hundreds of nominees by a respected and independent Advisory Board, comprising 30 diverse leaders from across Canada. Four key criteria were assessed to select the recipients: Vision & Innovation, Leadership, Impact & Influence, and Social Responsibility.

Marsh has been integral in championing a market-leading culture in the insurance industry, is a key contributor to global environmental, social and governance strategy, and is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. Among other non-profit initiatives, he is a Founding Curator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community, is a passionate community leader, and was runner up on ‘Canada’s Next Great Prime Minister.’ Born on the East Coast, he has worked and lived in Western & Central Canada and is a proud father of three.
