Contractors pollution liability

Environmental regulations are growing in number and complexity throughout Canada, with contractors left to navigate this web of legislation.

Liberty’s contractors’ pollution liability coverage offers specialized protection for even the most complex construction projects.

Contractors’ pollution liability coverage is an environmental impairment liability (EIL) policy specifically designed to protect against accusations of environmental pollution during the course of covered work.
